Three torch machines: one ten-torch machine and two six-torch machines. All three have the capacity to burn up to 10" thick and 144" wide by 380" long. - Flattening
Accomplished by two different methods, leveling and plate pressing.
The tolerances adhered to on each method are to within 1/8" Out of Flat over any 10 foot area.- Leveling
Two levelers that can flatten product up to 2" thick, up to 125" wide, and up to 380" in length. - Plate Press
Two 700-ton plate presses that can flatten material up to 10" thick, up to 84" wide, and up to 24 feet long.

Capable of leveling a coil that is 1" thick and up to 134" wide, or a coil up to 1 1/2" thick and up to 123" wide. - Plasma Cutting
Capable of cutting material up to 4" thick, up to 13 feet wide, and up to 70 feet long.
We can burn stainless steel using this method. - Shearing
1/8" to 5/8" thick and up to 144" wide by 300" long. - Transportation Accessablity
In addition to flatbed truck and LTL covered van, we also have the ability to ship and receive material via rail car.
- Flame-Cutting
We also utilizes a computer operated Centricut oxy-fuel flame-cutting machine with the following features:
- A Multi-head (four torch) unit capable of a thickness range of 1/4" through 4"
- A Table size of 12' X 39'
- Built-in shape library with more than 47 commonly used shapes that may be sized to meet the dimensions you require.
- Ability to add shapes by importing from a CAD/CAM System. You may supply a CAD drawing or ask us to do the CAD work from your paper drawing
